The Rating System
Understanding ratings
As you may have noticed, each song in the view list has a corresponding rated denoted by stars:
The more stars a song has, the better the song.
Blue Ratings: Ratings given by Wimpus. Determined by our artificial intelligence engine to suit your musical tastes as closely as possible.
Red Ratings: Rating chosen by you the user. This rating will overwrite the Blue (Wimpus) rating.
Rating songs
To rate a song, just move your cursor over the Stars section for a particular song:
As the song is being rated, the current score will be highlighted in gold. To finalize a score, just click with the mouse and the score will become permanent, appearing in red.
Why rate songs?
Rating songs is a big part of the Wimpus experience! For one thing, if you rate songs, it is each to have quick access to all your favorites! Just click on the "Rating" attribute to sort by it, and all the 5-Star songs will appear at the top!

To help our ratings become more accurate you are highly encouraged to rate 5-stars songs by your favorite artist or songs from your favorite genre. But you'll probably do that anyway, right?
