I am having trouble using Wimpus, what type of support do you offer?
Wimpus, Inc. offers three forms of support:

We try to answer all support email requests within 5 business days of receiving them – however this is not always possible. To send support email requests, please include as many details as possible using the help form on our website. Many common questions are answered in our FAQ and Forums, so be sure to search them carefully.
I sent an support request, but I haven’t heard back – how long will it take?
Wimpus, Inc. takes on average 5 business days to respond to email support requests. Due to the overwhelming demand for our product, and the fact that we do work on it in our spare time only – we need this much turn around time. Subsequent correspondences should be processed more quickly.
Can I pay for support?
Wimpus, Inc. does not offer pay-support features currently, we are looking into offering such options but at present do not have any definite plans.
Wimpus doesn’t work for me, can I get a refund?
Wimpus, Inc. does not issue refunds under any circumstances, as stated in our licensing agreement. We offer a trial period during which you can ensure the service works for you, after this period and upon payment we consider the transaction complete.
